One of the most wonderful things about the Christmas Season is the abundance of musical offerings to enjoy. Each year we are delighted and surprised to welcome old favorites back and enjoy all that is new.
One that we always enjoy is the Annual Christmas Sing-Along with Harps Concerts, this year they are celebrating their 4th Annual show! And you can join in the fun too, singing your favorite Christmas carols while accompanied by two amazing harpists: Sylvia Woods and Madeleine Brandli. There are two concerts to choose from: December 1st at 7:00 pm at Church of the Pacific, Princeville, and December 2nd at 4:00 pm at St. Michael and All Angels Church in Lihue. Another year round favorite is also coming up on Saturday, December 1st at 7:00 pm from KISS – Kauai Island Singers Showcase with an intimate, acoustic concert featuring beloved holiday songs sung by eight talented vocalists. Held in St. Michael and All Angels Church Sanctuary this concert is free to attend. To find out more about KISS click on their name to be taken to the website.
And lastly on Friday, November 30th at 7:00 pm you can enjoy a free concert from Kauai Community College Instrumental Music Ensembles at Kukui Grove Shopping Center as they share a preview of their upcoming Winter Concerts at Kauai Community College Performing Arts Center on the 9th at 4:00 pm and 14th at 7:00 pm of December.
So join in and sing along, clap your hands or just sit in silence and enjoy the musical talent gifted to these people by our Lord God and reflect on the Joys of the Season.
