Join in the fun this summer at your local libraries. The Summer Reading Program runs from June 2nd to July 14th and is open to children, teens and adults. This six week program is designed to encourage us all to read a little more. With rewards available to those who take part, you could even win a round trip for four with Alaska Airlines!
All you need to do to take part is register online here you then log your reading minutes online with your phones, tablets or computers and earn virtual badges for every 100 minutes read. Once you’ve registered you can aim for your 300, 600, and 1000 minute badges. The longer you read the more chances you have to win as lucky prize drawings are earned for every logged 100 minutes read.
This event is taking part at all state libraries in Hawaii so you can always pop into your local one to ask them all about it. Happy reading!
