Our girls are important, one day they might be mothers, leaders or whatever they choose. And one thing that will help our girls on their way to greatness is confidence, and imagine the confidence that comes with learning how to defend yourself through boxing! They will be unstoppable.
K-PAL the Kaua‘i Police Activities League are offering just that. All Girl Boxing Classes! They state that ‘Boxers engage in physical fitness, learn various boxing techniques and help develop self confidence and self-awareness.’
If you or someone you know might be interested in this then here’s all the details.
