Today is the first day of our very first Intern Serve Session! Hayden, Josh, and Curtis will be here through December 15th serving Makanalani, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them here!
The internship focuses on 2 areas of growth: leadership and service. These guys will be walking through a book together called Habitudes, by Dr. Tim Elmore, which teaches leadership habits and attitudes from a faith based perspective. They will also spend 3 days a week serving both Makanalani and the Kauai community in various ways. Our hope is that as they learn and serve, they will become a clearer reflection of Jesus, the ultimate servant leader.
