Is there such a thing? Well where our keiki may say no, Mom and Dad might well disagree.
We hope you all had a fun and successful Halloween and collected lots of treats to share with your family and friends. But if you feel that maybe you did a little too well or simply don’t want to eat all that candy we have an idea that will benefit others, and save your teeth!
Kalaheo Dental Group are offering to buy back “extra” Halloween candy from keiki for $1 per pound, up to five pounds total. They will then donate the candy (and toothbrushes) to our troops through Operation Gratitude. We love this idea, and also everyone who donates their candy will be eligible for a prize drawing to win a $100 KUGA gift certificate!
The Halloween Candy Buy Back will be on Wednesday, November 1st, from 2-5 pm at Kalaheo Dental Group at 2-2514 Kaumualii Hwy. If you want to find out more you can call them on 332-9445, or click here to be taken to the website.
