Our good friends at the Storybook Theatre of Hawaii are offering a family art camp this year. Forest Akamai Art Camp runs from July 6th to the 10th and will be based at Kokee Museum’s CCC camp.
This offering for young people and their families will be full of exciting daily art opportunities with great instructors like Caylin Spear the renowned Kauai artist and educator, Jeff Gere internationally renowned storyteller and puppeteer, and special guests Chris Faye the director of Kokee Museum and Mark Jeffers the founder of Storybook Theatre.
Daily events include: hiking, games and firesides with delicious nutritious meals. Parents are included in all activities
The camp costs $195 per family (one child one adult) and $145 per child. Tuition assistance is available and no one will be turned away.
