Ahh books! What would life be without them? If you like us are huge fans of books and reading then we know you’re as excited as we are when we hear about a library sale. Not only are these fundraisers for our local libraries but also a great way for us all to pick up a bargain book or 10!
The Used Book Sale at Princeville Library will be on Saturday, March 4th, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. With over 10,000 books, plus DVDs and CDs. After 2 pm they reduce the price of everything by half, and every child gets to pick a free book no matter what time they come in – what a great way to encourage our island keiki to read.
If you find yourself looking at brimming bookshelf sand wonderful where any new ones might go they also accept donations of books at the library desk whenever it is open.
