A handmade gift says many things, that you care, that you wanted to make this for someone and took the time and effort to do so. With Mother’s Day coming up we thought you might like to hear about this Ceramic Night Fundraiser for ages 12 and older.
The aim of the night is not just to create a beautiful home made gift for mom, but also to raise funds for Lihue Lutheran Church Youth Group.
If you’d like to try you hand at throwing some clay come on down to the Clayworks at Kilohana on Saturday, April 1st, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, and design a ceramic vase in time for Mother’s Day.
The tickets are $40, and include heavy pupus and beverages.
