If you’re a subscriber to our newsletter (and if you aren’t you’re missing out! But don’t worry you can sign up for it here) you may have read recently of our goals for the New Year. They aren’t small because we think big and we know we have the strength of our Lord God behind us in everything we do.
This year we aim to: add more recreational activities to Makanalani before summer, start the development of substantial additional recreational facilities on Makanalani for the visiting kids, and to start construction on our next facility; one geared towards housing for long term Makanalani team members, and that’s not even the whole list!
To do achieve all of this we need support, first and foremost from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who guides us through all that we do here with His guiding hand and boundless love, but we also need support from you, this can come in many ways. Prayer is always appreciated, and if you feel that you could help Makanalani kids you can email Rachel at rachel@makanalani.com with your ideas, but there is another way you can help, by making a donation directly to Makanalani. Every penny we receive goes directly to the maintenance and running costs of Makanalani so we can continue to do God’s work and provide a place for all keiki to come and experience the beauty of God’s creation and to experience His everlasting love.
