Sunday School for Keiki at Crossroads Christian Fellowship

Did you know that when Sunday schools were first set up in the 1780’s in England it was with the intention of teaching children and other young people who had to work during the week on their day off. Back then it wasn’t just Bible teaching that was taught, but also reading, writing and arithmetic.

Thankfully these days are long behind us, and our keiki now get to enjoy school and learn there, leaving Sunday school for learning about God.

Crossroads Christian Fellowship have a variety of Sunday school classes so that your keiki will be with others of the same age. The classes are:

•Little Lambs for ages 18 months -2 yrs old.
•Noah’s Ark for ages 3 yrs -5 yrs old.
•Kingdom Kids I for keiki in 1st grade to 3rd grade.
•Kingdom Kids II for keiki in 4th grade to 6th grade.

Crossroads Christian Fellowship’s ‘purpose in Children’s Ministry is to teach and model the authentic Christian life. We have the awesome responsibility and privilege before the Lord Jesus, along with parents, to teach and nurture each child in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. (Matt. 28:19-20; 2 Peter 3:18)’
