Early Learning Storytime

We all know how important early learning is to the development of our keiki and how useful it is for parents to have these opportunities – not only so their keiki can learn but also so they can too, you can meet other parents and share tips and stories and it might even give you a little bit of break yourself while your keiki are entertained.

Our public libraries are wonderful things and they do so much for the community like putting on great events such as this. Early Learning Storytime is a new event put on by Waimea Library and it’s held on every Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. The librarian will select age appropriate interactive books and rhymes for keiki to read, learn and sing from, then it’s free play time with educational toys or art activities. This origami is free and suitable for all keiki ages from birth to five years. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. To find out more call Waimea Public Library on 338-6848.
