Join In The Fun At The Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
‘Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.’

While we all know what the Bible says about looking after your body we aren’t asking you to go and run a marathon, support one, maybe.

1 Timothy 4:8
‘8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.’

And definitely think about your body in a different way. God values our bodies and that means we should too.

1 Corinthians
’16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?’

The 15th Annual Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run will take place on Saturday, November 11th, starting at 7 am and the proceeds will benefit many worthy organizations such as: Nursing Program at UH/KCC, Electronics Technology Program at UH/KCC and the RYLA Rotary Youth Leadership Award.

If you are moved to take part then you have the choice from 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon runs and a 5K walk, all through one of God’s most glorious creations, our island home. The races and walk will all take place at Ann Knudsen Park in Koloa.

You can register by clicking here. There will be a benefit breakfast after the race (about 10 am) that’s free to all taking part or only $7 for family, friends and visitors. And for more general information click here to be taken to the Sugar Mill Run website.
