America’s Most West Freedom Fest & 28th Annual Concert in the Sky
The Fourth of July is coming up so we’re going to be sharing a few events island wide to take part in. First up is PMRF’s America’s Most West Freedom Fest 2017 on Monday, July 3rd, starting at 5 pm.
Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) are well know for putting on great family friendly and free events and this is one of the best. America’s Most West Freedom Fest is an evening of ono food, live music from Sammy Johnson, Call to Joy and more, crafts, games, bounce houses, art murals, and a fireworks display starting at 9 pm.
Admission is free and free parking will be available on base (please note that vehicles will be subject to search) entry will be on the beach adjacent to Shenanigans restaurant. Due to increased security requirements, attending adults must have a valid identification card with photo with them (driver’s license, government issued identification). Children under the age of 18 are not required to have identification if/when accompanied by an adult.

On Tuesday, July 4th, you can enjoy the 28th Annual Concert in the Sky at Vidinha Stadium in Lihue a fundraiser for the wonderful Kauai Hospice.
Starting at 4:30 pm there will be crafts and food for sale, along with entertainment before the largest firework show on Kauai. Tickets are $10 in advance and $5 for keiki, and $15 and $7 on the gate. You can get tickets from Times or Big Save Markets and Kauai Hospice.
