Filling Summer Days With The Arts

Doesn’t that sound fun! Kauai Academy of Creative Arts are offering just that. A summer full of fascinating and interesting classes for keiki aged 6+ (students must have completed kindergarten). To be held at Island School in Puhi. Classes will run from 8am to 12pm in the morning and 12:30pm-4:30pm in the afternoon.

The wide range of classes include:
Morning Classes
Taiko Drumming with Haley Yama-Gokan
Becoming Creative with Airbrush Painting with Frank Beho
Book and Journal Making with Elisabeth Dingus
3D Art and Sculpture with Brooke Mae
Formative Jazz Dance with Patric Knight

Afternoon Classes
Beginning Keyboard with Lindsey Phelps
Hip-Hop Dance For Kids with Emma Leary
2D Studio Art with Brooke May
Young Actor’s Studio with Patric Knight

The 4-week session runs from June 19th to July 14th on Monday to Friday. Costs vary from $300 for morning or afternoon sessions, to $550 for both.
