We talk a lot about volunteers and volunteering for things, but really isn’t volunteering just another way of giving charity in that it’s your often precious time that’s being donated?
Coming up is Kauai Volunteer Week, 7 days of service in our island’s 7 mokus! These events range from sprucing up school gardens in Kekaha to removing invasive species in Kokee, and everything from beach clean ups to building a school greenhouse for Kawaikini in-between!
If you find yourself with some of that precious free time during the week of April 23rd to 29th why not share it doing good for our island and keiki?
