We know we are! This event sounds a lot of fun, and one that we can learn a lot from too!
This year the theme will explore the Hawaiian Culture Health and Healing Practices of Aloha, La’au Lapa’au, Ho’oponopono, Wailua and Ho’omana, Hula, and Aina to Table.
Two full and exciting days of lectures, workshops and demonstrations await, along with exhibitors with health and wellness products and services in 60 booths, over 30 speakers and workshops and classes for the entire family and community!
It’s going to be at Kauai War Memorial Convention Center, and runs on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5 pm on both days. It’s only $5 a day, and $7 if you choose to attend both, and best of all kupuna and keiki (17 and under) get in for Free!
