Have you ever been to a Christmas Luau? Or visited Kamokila Hawaiian Village? This historical site is on what was once an Hawaiian fishing village. Now restored this privately owned village serves to teach us all of our islands past. Including Christmas!
On Saturday, December 10th, from 3:00-7:00 pm they will be having a Christmas Luau, and we’re all invited. There will be hula, Hawaiian food, baked goods and Uncle Charlie and his fishing nets. Santa will be arriving at 6:00 pm off a canoe on the Wailua River! There are gifts for the keiki, Hawaiian crafts, lei making, christmas ornaments, games, canoe rides and more!
If you’d like to join in the fun tickets are $12 in advance for adults, $5 for Keiki ages 3-12, and $15 at the door. You can get tickets from “Ohana Juice Bar” and Cafe in Kapaa, Aloha Kauai in Kapaa, or by calling Ilima at 822-5929, and Kamokila Hawaiian Village at 823-0559
