Regular readers of our blog may think we are somewhat obsessed with books… & this is something to which we will freely confess. Books add so much to our lives & are the basis of learning for our youth. And there is something intensely satisfying about holding a read book in your hand, whether hardcover or lowly paperback.
This is why we are always excited when the Princeville Library is having their quarterly book sale. We’ve found some amazing volumes there in the past & every time there are new & exciting treasures in the stacks.
The sale coming up is on June 4 from 10am-4pm. After 2pm everything is half price. And our very favorite part is that all children may select one free book — what a great way to encourage reading & learning.
They are also happy for donations of books in good condition — you can just drop them off at the library any time.
