If you’ve read much of our blog, you know we love books… Alas, bookstores on Kauai are rare & far away from the North Shore — but the Princeville Library comes to the rescue a few times a year with their used book sale.
Since it doesn’t happen all the time, we wanted to give you time to plan if you’re going to be on the north shore in March.
The sale is Saturday, March 5. If you’re a member of Friends of the library you can get in an hour early at 9am (you can sign up at the door). Otherwise, it runs from 10am – 6pm. For those who like to spend their Saturdays sleeping in, you get a bonus for once. The selection might not be as good, but everything is half price after 2pm.
Oh, & our favorite part? Children get a book for free!
