Happy Thanksgiving! We wish you the very best of Thanksgivings, filled with family, food, and most importantly giving thanks to our Lord God for all that He has provided for us.
This is a time to be thankful, for everything, no matter if your burdens at time seem large, the Lord knows all and His hand will guide you in all things, and for that more than any other reason we should give thanks. We have the means to cure all ills, all problems in our own two hands, you just need to raise them in prayer. This is a time to give thanks for all that is good in your life, and those blessings are many, just the fact you are are reading this, that you have the power taught to you by others to read, and a device and electricity with which to read on, all these so simple seeming things are to be given thanks for as without God’s infinite love and wisdom we would have nothing. God’s love is the most powerful and wonderful gift we have and we are so thankful for that.
So today, while you are cooking or eating go around the table, interrupt the game and let’s all talk about how thankful we are for the little and not so little things. Each other, food, shelter, and let’s give thanks to God for all, and talk about how we can share those bounties with others.
