Hale Makana

Hale Makana – The Gift House, and that’s exactly what it is.

Hale Makana is a family retreat in Kokee State Park owned by Kauai Christian Fellowship after it was gifted to them as a place for families to go to, to get away from the stress and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with each other and most importantly God.

Their hope is that time spent in the cabin – which has no electricity or drinkable water will strengthen marriages and family bonds. Give people the time to reflect and grow closer to God and draw strength from His love that surrounds us all.

Also used for their staff to stay in when they are holding youth camps at nearby Hale Koa. It’s called the Gift House because it’s the gift that keeps giving, time and time again to many families who relish the time spent there in the beauty and solitude of nature.

If you are interested in Hale Koa and the idea of time alone with your family to relax and renew physical and spiritual lives. And are a member of Kauai Christian Fellowship you can ask to reserve the cabin, click here to be taken the their website to find out more.
